"The automated check in is fine and the building / rooms are new and well appointed but it doesn’t count for much when there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I spent all evening with the windows open just to sleep and as there is nobody on site, there’s no way of moving rooms or getting it seen to."

Die eigene Küche ist ein echter Pluspunkt, genauso wie der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber Friedrichshafen und der Bodensee sind schnell erreichbar. "Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."
