Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had a problem locating the place, there is no sign. When I finally found the apartments, I tried to contact the manager but he didn't pick up the phone,there is no front desk. A lady who works there assisted me, she informed me that the apartment was already booked by someone else, I realized my room had been double booked. She contacted the manager and he said he'll get me another room,an hour and a half had already passed and we were still waiting there,my wife two kids and a friend. We were taken to an apartment that had no air conditioning,it was over 90 degrees in mombasa . The apartment was dirty , cockroaches everywhere,the kitchen was dirty,we spent the night sitting on the couch. In the morning, were kicked out by the apartment owner,the apartments are owned by different people. I had booked for three days, I'm still waiting for a refund.
