Med undtagelse af en dag virkede internettet fint over hele hotellets område. De ansatte var rigtig flinke MEN en enkelt ansat i restauranten havde det med på egen hånd at runde priserne op og lægge diverse tillæg på regningen. Værelset, rengøringen mm var som det skulle være. De har ca halvdelen af det der står på menukortet men de retter jeg fik var til gengæld fine. Morgenmaden var der heller ikke noget at sætte en finger på prisen på opholdet taget i betragtning. Alt i alt fint til prisen.
Die Köche wären etwas für die,,Kochprofis" gewesen.... Hungrig darf man nicht zum lunch oder dinner gehen - bis zu 45 !!! Minuten Wartezeit auf die Vorsuppe und dann nochmal bis zu 30 Minuten auf den Hauptgang. Allerdings nichts aus der Mikrowelle dafür wird viel !!! frittiert. Ansonsten ruhige Anlage.Kindergarten kommen zum schwimmen ins Hotel.

Für Gäste mit Halbpension kann es enttäuschend mit dem Essen sein, da sich die Küche weniger auf internationale eher auf einheimische Gäste orientiert ist.
Dies ist auch der Fall mit dem Frühstück, welches mehr auf internationale Gäste orientiert werden sollte!
Je suis arrivé en soirée (22h) en étant un peu malade. Alors qu'il y avait encore quelques personnes qui dinaient, on n'a pas voulu me donner ne serait ce qu'une banane pour prendre mes médicaments. Après avoir suppléer la personne à l'acueil pendant 10 min, on a accepté de me donner quelques frites (alors que j'avais payé l'option petit-déjeuner + diner).
Ensuite, alors que l'hotel était presque vide, on m'a proposé une chambre au rez de chaussée avec un mur à 50 cm de la fenêtre (très peu de luminosité). J'ai refusé la chambre et on m'a donné une autre au 1er étage.
Le lendemain, on m'a dit que ma réservation n'est pas valable. J'ai dû appelé hotels.com à plusieurs reprises pour que les choses rentrent dans l'ordre. Ils se sont excusés par la suite.
J'ai trouvé la relation client vraiment déplorable.
Les règles d'hygiène ne sont pas respecté: le ménage n'a été fait qu'une seule fois en 5 jours.
Les règles sont très stricte dans l'hotel. Dès l'arrivée, on m'a dit que l'hotel fournissait qu'une seule bouteille d'eau et que je n'avais pas le droit de faire entrer des produits alimentaires achetés à l'extérieur. La petite bouteille d'eau est vendu par l'hotel à 200 ksh. Ce prix est excessif (même en restaurant il la propose à 100 ksh).
Wifi très faible.
Points positifs: hotel proche du mall (magasins, café, bar, disco) et de la plage (même s'il faut prendre un tuc-tuc ou taxi pour s'y rendre)
