Very nice and spacious rooms. Great location for either Nyali or Mombasa. Only drawback is there's a lot of street noise for the apartments in the road side (but very quiet on the water side).

Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.

The AC in the room didn’t work for two days. Each time they said, they fixed it and walked away and in 15 minutes later it didn’t work. Cold showers for two days. On the third day, they finally moved us to another room. This space is easy very good, but this time I was very disappointed. Maybe new management

What we liked most about the property was its polite & courteous staff. Specifically, a young lady we met named Maggie. She was the first smile that greeted us as we entered the pool bar area. She was so kind & sweet. Maggie gave us wonderful ideas on things to do, places to go while visiting Mombasa. Her hospitality will be remembered by these Americans! The property is also very clean & the rooms are huge with great amenities.

Good value for the money.

Good standard on this hotel, nice big rooms with balcony, the suite room i paid for on the first day one day earlier than my previous booking was very large, big bathroom, salad, 2 balkonies and a queen size bed. Little far to Bamburi beach but near town. No supermarked walking distance near. Hotel has a restaurant but less meat on the breakfast menu, if at all. Stuff friendly.

After leaving another property because it didn’t meet my standards, my boyfriend recommended this hotel. When we pulled up, I already knew we were in for a treat! The front desk personnel was so pleasant and treated us like royalty. The room was GORGEOUS and overlooking the creek which made for a wonderful view. The pool was refreshing, the drinks were refreshing and the food was exceptional! Thank you for making Mombasa memorable for us! I will definitely stay here again when I’m on this side of the world. 10/10!!!

Very convenient location. The front desk staff was helpful. Lifts were not working. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned and items were still in refrigerator and glasses had been used. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff accommodating.

OUR WEEK LONG SAFE HAVEN!

Cityblue Creekside gave us such lovely memories. We spent a week with them and the photos didn’t prepare us for the beauty we found. Amazing ambience… the food was prepared with so much love and the staff was more than helpful and polite. Please reward Fatima she was absolutely amazing! But every single member of staff that catered to us was exceptional! I am already telling my friends about you so keep the standards high! I was skeptical as I booked but I am glad I did because the experience was phenomenal!

My Experience at CityBlue

The place is fabulous, and the service was great. Nice terrace. But one issue they have to work on is finding a way to contain or keep the flies away. Flies can easily distribute bacteria after landing on human or animal stool, dead bodies, and rotten things around us. So keeping flies away is very crucial.
