Verified traveller

This hotel is a fraud and with the cooperation and support of Expedia is stealing people's money. I booked and paid for a stay. Only upon arrival, the hotel refused the booking claiming they had no knowledge of the reservation and if fact no contract with Expedia. Now Expedia refuses to refund my money.
