"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel."

"I stayed for one night and it was great that it was close to the station. We had free breakfast, the shared bathroom for women was clean, and they had a coin laundry service."
