"I always live visiting the island and I try out different homes just because I like to see ideas on decorating and home design.This one was a nice touch of both design and decorating. We loved the large wrap around porch so we could avoid the heat if needed. The spacious inside was nice for our group. A large kitchen table and the sectional in the living room area allowed plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were nice, with comfortable mattresses to sleep. The bench swings under the house gave plenty of shade and breeze. That was one of my favorite resting places. The out door showers with privacy was absolutely the greatest need when coming back from the beach! This house provided boogie boards, sand toys, and other floating devices if you would choose. Sand chairs to use at the beach!We had all that we needed to do what we wanted. Thank you for allowing us to stay here! This may become a repeat place for us!Thank you!"

"We had a great vacation in Dauphin Island again this year. We have two small children with us who do not do well with restaurant wait. It is great to have a well stocked kitchen that allows us to cook full meals for 13 people. The “toy” closet is great to have. We bring our kayaks and the two available house kayaks allow several to go out together. Thanks for a great week."
