"Honest review! I would have given this hotel 5* review but one thing let us down. Room was spotless had a fridge everything you need, staff were very helpful. The thing that let me down was luggage hold. We asked a staff member if we could leave our baggage for a few hours before we moved on, the lady on reception said that was no problem and said it would be secure and free of charge, we said we were more than happy to leave some money when we got back anyway as as thank you. So olwe put our suitcase in a little room.that was locked after us perfect! Upon our return a few customers were in the hotel and the baggage room door was wide open with our case just waiting for someone to take. We took it out and never mentioned this to anyone as they obviously bothered who took it. Very disappointed."

"They have customer service down pat! From the very moment we stepped out of our Taxi, staff made it very clear, they wanted us to have a memorable stay. They greeted us with a big, bright, smile and a helping hand immediately. We sipped on fruit infused water as we checked in. Once in our room, the view of the planes taking off was awesome to see! Securing car service for our outings each evening, was such a breeze. The hotel has their own car service on hand to be at your beckoned call. It was wonderful. Staff exceptional. Grounds exceptional. It was fun to walk around and explore and keep finding more and more of the hotel."

"This hotel was nicer than I expected. It’s on the outskirts of old town but still walkable if you wanted to. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast/Dinner buffet very well stocked. The rooms I had was spacious with a nice view. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only CON was street parking limited. No fault of the hotel."

"Clean room, helpful staff. Things to note you need to pay 5€ per day for some climate tax. Decor is a bit dated and room was small but bathrooms were renovated and shower was AMAZING!! Very good for quick overnights. An easy 5 min walk to the airport"

"Everything was clean except the poolside toilets. In the one that had a light bulb the floor was always wet and dirty. The steps from reception to toilets had no handrail. Given the two issues guests had no choice but to use the lift and go to their room to use the toilet and change. The lift to the dining room was tiny and so you had to go up in one lift from reception, along the corridor and then down. The lift would not have taken a not have taken a wheelchair or scooter. The dinning room was neither on the ground or first floor ! The hotel was unsuited to the disabled and those needing to use a scooter or pushchair."
