"I was in town for a wedding and I just needed a room for the night and the value was quite nice. Good price clean room. The property is not well landscaped but I didn’t care about that. I just needed a clean room for the night and so for my purposes, it was just fine. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. The air-conditioning was nice. It was just lovely."

"The freezer door was broke on the mini fridge so it was frosted over. Couldn’t use it. Bathroom lighting was kind of dim. Shower could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Close enough for our trip to the beach and to Michigan adventure. Overall, not a bad place for the price."

"We have used beautiful rental homes for years. All have been terrific. However, I think all ten of us agree that this was our best experience ever. The kids ( ages 7-12) had non-stop fun! Not only is the house beautiful and well stocked but the decks, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, fishing poles, corn hole boards, connect four yard game etc. kept the kids in bliss. Mona lake is a treasure. ( fish, ducks, bald eagle, swans) The Pontoon boat was the cherry on top. We rode every night to see the beautiful sunsets and the kids delighted in diving off the boat. Kim, our hostess, was the bees knees! She is so helpful, friendly and suggested tons to do in the area, We tried all of that and more! Many pristine beaches, lighthouses, restaurants -most with bands and activities and all kid friendly. Please make sure you take the time for the awesome sand dune tours . Lastly, the people in the area are so sweet! They came to call us The New Yorkers! If we could recommend this more than 5 we would! Thanks for an awesome week!"

"The property was in good, clean conditions. A few things that I would suggest would be to pay more attention to detail as well as work on some of the outside curb appeal.. The management company host was wonderful to work with great communication and followed through with anything we had called them about in an efficient quick manner. Would definitely rent from them again."

"The location was excellent. Close to Lakr Michigan beaches and the sand dunes for running and hiking. We were able to use the I-96 bypass to avoid going thru Grand Haven traffic to reach our reunion venue and Spring Lake for some of our gatherings.We truly enjoyed sitting outside reading, sunning. and enjoying the wildlife: the famous Michigan "black squirrels" and the fox that traveled thru the yard on our first night. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue was the one sleeping area with the two bunk beds and the sofa sleeper. We had some changes in our group. So, if our daughter's family had been able to join us it would have been difficult for basically four adults to move around in the room with the sofa sleeper in use.We would definitely consider using this lovely property again.Barb King"
