"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. "Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. "Great stay at this hotel, room was clean and a good size. We had to ask for towels on arrival as only 1 was in the bathroom and the wardrobe door was jamming. Both were fixed straight away. The hot tub kept draining away so they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. It still drained away but we didn’t want to change rooms so only filled it when we wanted to use it. I asked for proper sunbeds for the terrace like the website photos show and we got these straight away. Staff were friendly and very efficient."
