Basic, good for families on a budget

Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. Two further twin beds in main lounge, all comfortable and good sheets and bedding with extra blankets. All slept well. Food at the restaurant was conveniently close and great value. Great service from friendly staff in restaurant, we ate well. Wifi was adequate. There is a ski path down to the centre 50m up the road which is great if you have the gear and can ski/snowboard. Free street parking, great views. Bad points: Beds are very squeaky, kitchen is extremely basic, no kettle or toaster, no tea towel for drying, no bottle opener etc. Floor wasn't clean, don't walk in socks/barefoot. Ran a bath for the kids after long day in snow and water was so brown it looked like they were bathing in Coca-Cola (see photo). Couldn't discuss with reception next day on check out as not open, had to leave keys in mailbox on checkout. 30 min long walk down to centre (not advisable with kids/carrying gear). Tried to catch the bus which is every 20 mins but no signs to tell you where it stops and it just went past us despite us waving.

Alt dårligt og meget larm.

Der er ingen service. Man bor i mørkt værrelse med vindue til skråning bagved. Man kan ikke komme fra hotellet til lifter. Der er ingen restauranter eller andet omkring. Der var vild larm hele natten.

Bra läge och prisvärt

Det var praktiskt att hotellet hade en egen restaurang. Dock väldigt begränsat utbud men prisvärt. Hamburgarna var mycket goda och rejält stora för bara 8.5 EUR. Frukosten var en besvikelse. Sämre än de två hotellen i Malaga. För en svensk var det rena katastrofen. Logistiken var också omständig och tidsödande då man skulle bli serverad av två opraktiska och överbelastade personer. Kaffe, muffins! och vitt bröd med marmelad. Fullständigt förödande för mig som diabetiker. För att förbättra situationen något köpte vi salami och ost i en minimal närbutik och tog med oss. Man kunde ta sig ut i backen nära hotellet vilket var ett plus.

Correu muito bem. Tanto a Cristina na recepção como o Tony a tratar das aulas e material foram fantásticos. Não me recordo do nome do senhor que conduz a carrinha que nos transporta para a estância de manhã e de regresso à tarde (dá muito jeito), mas também foi muito simpático. Quem não se importar, tem 2 teleféricos perto. 1 vai para pistas avançadas e o outro fica mesmo junto ao teleférico principal que leva à zona principal da estância.

Colocar uma familia a dormir numa despensa com quatro beliches prontos a cair, é mau. Higiene má. Nada teve a ver com as fotos, talvez outros quartos, não o que foi apresentado. Com janela para uma parede!... degradado ... não sei se volto a reservar desta forma...
