Pet friendly, patio, lots of things within walking distance, easy to get around. Friendly neighborhood. Bring toiletries, as the rooms aren't cleaned every day, but cleaning supply are provided (vacuum).

Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and efficient. They had well written, easy to understand instructions of procedures and house rules. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room , although not large, was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The kitchenette was lovely. I appreciated the little welcome gift they had on the counter- it was quite useful. The location was very walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. I liked that there were games available to check-out at the front desk. The whole area was quiet, felt very safe and was quite scenic. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to stay there again on my next trip.

The staff was very helpful and communicated very promptly before and during my stay. The location is great, but the apartment is VERY basic. I have stayed at many of your properties in Cannes, Andorra (4 properties) and in Spain in several such as Altea and Benalmadena so this one was not at the same level of comfort.

Well-equipped, air-conditioned room including fully functional kitchenette equipped with most household appliances. Location is fantastic with a few min walking distance to local bakery, several grocery stores, and the city centre with shops and restaurants. Walking distance to different types of beaches (larger pebbles at plage du borrigo, smaller more comfortable pebbles at plage des sablettes). Menton is a calm and very plesant town located just in between Monaco and Italy, both accessable within 20min by car. We totally fell in love with both the town and the Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Citronniers - we will for sure come back!

The hotel itself is good enough, but service is relatively low: we did not expect that management would be so chip on toilet materials (microscopic peace of soap). for example. But the worst thing is that management does not care about your safety and good rest. Every second night during our stay in the middle of the night couple of some complete drugged idiots or mad people screamed in a corridor, as if they are being killed,waiking up people and scary families with kids. No one wants such a "rest".

The provision of sufficient hygiene related products was found wanting - specifically soap, toilet paper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap bar at the sink. It was expected we buy the rest...management was miserly with providing garbage bags as well when we went to the reception to ask for them. While an apart hotel can be exoected to have slightly lesser amenties than a hotel, this experience was a stark contrast to our apart hotel stay in Marseilles with anptjer company.

Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer ist für maximal 2 Personen auch ok. Das Klappbett war erstaunlich gemütlich und ich fand es auch nicht schlimm, es abends auszuklappen. Die Sauberkeit (Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, Spinnweben) hat noch Luft nach oben, aber Bad, Küche und Böden waren sauber, also für mich vollkommen ok.
