You can enjoy wonderful sea views from each and every corner of the property. The villa is composed of 2 independent apartments of 140 m2 total surface. Ideal for the family with children and their service staff or 2 families. The apartment on the first floor is composed of open living space with an open kitchen and a dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with an hydro massage bath, and a hydro massage shower, bidet and WC. The apartment on the ground floor consists of living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a direct access on the terrace and bathroom equipped with hydro massage shower, bidet and WC. The penthouse terrace gives unique 360˚ panoramic view: open sea view on the front, view on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Massive de l'Esterel and continued on the back with the wonderful view of the rock Tête de Chien and National Park . On clear days, the location of the property gives a sightseeing of about 350 km of the Mediterranean with the view of the horizon up to Corsica (pictures attached). The property offers a unique location with an up most privacy and comforts for the guests. Property featured with a garage and large public free parking within 50 from the entrance.
