  • Lovely and bright 2-room apartment with sea view and direct access to the beaches, located in ROQUEBRUNE-CAP-MARTIN, between Monaco, Menton and Italy in a quiet and family residence, nestled in a green park.
    Everything is within walking distance: good restaurants, mini-markets, bakery, butcher.
    Ideal location and you will have a front row seat for the summer fireworks.
    You can also snorkel from the beaches and access Cap Martin.
    You can have 2 sports mats available that you can use to go to the beach.

    A collective PARKING SPACE is included in the secure residence, convenient parking is paid all around. In addition, the train station is a 5-minute walk away.

    The non-smoking apartment on the 3rd and penultimate floor with lift, of about 40 m2 with air conditioning and free wifi consists of a bedroom (bed 140x190) with TV, wardrobe, iron and ironing board available and view of the mountains, a living room with sofa bed (120x190), TV and Bose Bluetooth home cinema opening onto a balcony with sea view.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle and nespresso coffee machine. A bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer available)

    This accommodation for up to 3 people or a couple and 2 young children includes a washing machine.
    If you do not wish to clean, a flat rate of €50 will be required and a deposit cheque of €500 must be given on the day of arrival.
