I tried to call the contact no, but no response from the property owner. With the help of someone living in the property, the owner arrived in 5 minutes and took us to another property. "This was a lovely clean hotel, the bed was so comfortable and the room was very nice. We enjoyed a superb meal in the restaurant overlooking the sea and planes taking off which my grandson loved. The staff were super friendly and could not do enough for us, especially our grandson who was spoiled!!! The pool area is so nice, safe and plenty of shady sunbeds. "The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down

"Excellent stay, the Annex room was very modern and spacious, with good access to the beach and hotel facilities. The hotel restaurant was excellent with home-cooked food and traditional Greek options available. Service could be slow at times and wasps in the eating area were an unwelcome nuisance. We stayed full board and were glad we did. Breakfast excellent. Greek theme night brilliant. Hotel seemed to be a bit under-staffed but not sufficient to spoil our stay"
