Phoebe toujours très réactive aux messages, très disponible, hôte toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins spécifiques et accueillante dans ses réponsesLa maison présente de nombreux points forts comme espéré : grande pièce lumineuse, cuisine bien équipée, calme et belle vue. Piscine chouette, abritée et sans entretien à faire, Bill s'en occupe. Jardin bien équipé en chaises longues et tables et barbecuesEn revanche en cette saison et avec évolution climatique, le point faible est l’isolement qui s est révélé insuffisant dans ces conditions de juillet (surchauffe intérieure en particulier de la grande pièce dès que la chaleur s installe, absence de protection suffisante telle que volets rideaux et attention aux frelons) la clim dans les chambres est tres sonore avec une efficacité malheureusement limitée dans le contexteMerci pour l’accueil et le séjour, ces améliorations permettraient un vrai saut qualitatif avc le climat d été"
