Aucun service, 2H d'attente pour commander un verre qui n'est jamais venu- une odeur pestilentielle dans la salle "buffet" que ce soit au petit déj ou au diner. Chambres à peine propre et je ne parle pas de la salle de bains où tout ce qui a du être inox est rouillé...le seul point positif, la chambre avait une jolie vue sur la mer!

Cet hôtel apparemment ancien Radisson ne mérite pas un cinq étoiles. Nous étions en petit-déjeuner et il a été difficile de déjeuner et dîner au restaurant à la carte, on nous présente une carte, nous choisissons et l'on nous dit au moment de passer la commande, que c'est la fin de saison et qu'il y a uniquement des pâtes et des pizzas. Royal Thalassa ne vendez pas à Expedia des séjours avec petit-déjeuner !!! Petit-déjeuner plus que médiocre. Personnel à la réception pas acceuillant. Ménage de la chambre à revoir également. Royal Thalassa, lorsque vous avez des clients en petit-déjeuner uniquement, tout ce qui est consommation (boisson, repas) sont en extra, aussi essayez de prendre soin de ceux-ci. Mais j'ai pu constater que les clients en all inclusive étaient mieux traités !!!!

This was a very disappointing experience. It is true that tourism was affected badly by Covid-19, but the resort should keep the bare minimum of a 5-star hotel. At first, we were pleasantly surprised when we were told that we would stay in a suite. The latter was spacious, clean and had an excellent sea view. We also appreciated how friendly and welcoming the waiters were. There are two shortcomings that made our stay not so agreeable: 1. The passage to the beach was locked, so we could not go for walks. 2. The biggest disappointment was the menu at the restaurant. While I understand why the hotel opted out of serving a buffet, it does not make any sense to serve the same exact menu two nights in a row!! I could not believe it when we were presented with the same menu, which in itself featured a limited variety of choices (some of which were not even available). Better meals could be served in a 3-star hotel. To ease our frustration, our waiter took the initiative and offered us some delicious pastries, which were gifted to him by another customer. In all cases, our stay was overpriced.

je connaissais déjà cet établissement et en était satisfait. or là, le spa dans la suite ne fonctionnait pas - douche sans eau chaude - pas de bouteille d'eau et de corbeille de fruits lors de l'arrivée dans la chambre - petit déjeuner immonde et indigne d'un 5 étoiles - avec des amis nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 2 nuits et devant autant d'insatisfaction nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit
