Private hot tub, sauna and 8 x 4 m pool heated from May to October, plus a gym and 6 electric bikes. Just 3 km from the Château de Monbazillac: ideal for exploring the vineyards, bastide towns and food of the Dordogne with family or friends.

    A single-storey house among the vineyards
    A 190 m² detached house at the end of a quiet lane, overlooking the wine valley and Bergerac. Living room with kitchen area and lounge, wifi, reversible air conditioning.

    Bedrooms
    Three bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed and two with 160 cm beds. A bathroom, a shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC and a laundry room.

    Outdoors
    A 50 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Private hot tub, sauna and 8 x 4 m pool, heated from May to October. The grounds are not fenced.

    A gym (exercise bike, weight bench, treadmill) and 6 electric bikes available.

Fantastic property!

We were met personally by Patrice. Lovely gift hamper, lots of nice wine for sale at reasonable prices. Beautiful house. Photos don’t do the view justice. Bikes were amazing. All equipment was fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Jaw dropping property and view

Arrived early on check in morning, wanting to leave our luggage, however as the property was ready we were able to check in straight away. We were blown away by the position and the property which had everything and more of what we wanted. Patrice could not have been more helpful. Would recommend 100% and would go back at the drop of a hat.

Magnifique séjour, belle maison au milieu des vignes de Monbazillac !

La maison est très bien aménagée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, un plus pour la salle de sport plébiscitée par les adolescents de la famille. Une vue imprenable sur les vignes, la vallée et Bergerac rend l’extérieur « magique » en plus de la piscine et du spa. Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour , la région permet plusieurs découvertes : à faire et refaire 😀. Merci pour l’accueil!

Séjour reposant au milieu des vignes

Très belle propriété au milieu des vignes avec une superbe vue ou il fait bon se reposer. Rien ne manque. Expérience à renouveler.
