From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy a warm and inviting living space. The main room, bathed in light thanks to its many windows overlooking the garden, combines a cosy living room, a welcoming dining area, and a modern, well-equipped open kitchen—perfect for sharing quality time after a day of exploring. The pellet stove adds an extra touch of warmth during off-season stays. The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms for 4 people, as well as the option for an additional sleeping space in a separate room (without a window), ideal for a child or an extra bed (see terms for additional guests). The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine rounds out the amenities for a convenient and pleasant stay. Outside, you’ll enjoy an enclosed backyard, perfect for relaxing in peace and quiet, as well as a furnished patio area for al fresco dining. A shared courtyard is also accessible, leading to the owner’s beauty salon, offering the chance to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation during your stay. Please note: a railway track runs near the cottage. However, it is a small, infrequently used line with very few trains passing by, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding tranquility throughout your stay. Wildlife is an integral part of the property; no claims for compensation or monetary damages will be accepted. The garden is full of flowers, organic, and beautifully landscaped to provide you with a relaxing and soothing environment. When it comes to exploring, the location is ideal for venturing out. You’re right next to the Baie de Somme, ranked among the most beautiful bays in the world and renowned for its natural landscapes, seals, and vast wilderness. The seaside resorts of Le Tréport and Mers-les-Bains offer cliffs, beaches, and Belle Époque charm, while nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails and bike paths between the Bresle Valley and the coast. Between seaside getaways, culinary discoveries (fish, seafood, Norman specialities), and moments of relaxation at the cottage, your stay promises to be rejuvenating and authentic. Located behind the owner’s beauty salon. You’ll pass through a courtyard shared with the salon before entering the cottage. Ground floor: -Large living room featuring a pellet stove, with an open kitchen comprising an island with high chairs, fully equipped and furnished: refrigerator, induction cooktop, filter coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, toaster, and living area with a smart TV (access to streaming platforms using your login credentials), -Bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (140x190 cm), -Bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine, -Separate toilet. 1st floor: -Landing with a multi-game table (foosball and pool), children’s games and a reading nook, -Windowless bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), -Bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (160x200 cm). Outdoors: -A fully enclosed, private backyard with no overlooking neighbors. Small shed with all outdoor essentials (deck chair, grill, etc.). A railway track runs behind the property. -No private parking, but free parking is available right across from the accommodation, -Shared courtyard with the institute, featuring a covered smoking area, -Bicycles can be stored in the shared courtyard between the cottage and the institute.
