Höfthus 17 - HH17

The condo complex "Höfthus" consisting of holiday villas and apartments of different size, is located in the most beautiful region of the island Rügen, the Mönchgut. Almost on the top of the Reddevice estate, it is surrounded by the sea and no more than a stone's throw from the natural beach. The apartment 17, a one-room apartment on the upper floor of the main building, has a separate kitchenette, a living and sleeping area with separable double bed and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a TV. In the kitchen are in addition to crockery, cutlery and some small kitchen utensils and toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Freezer facilities are limited to an ice cube tray in the fridge. What else you should know: On the day of arrival, your accommodation is available from 4.00 pm and on the day of departure until 10.00 am. There is a car.Parking space available. Please inform before arrival about further parking facilities. Please treat your holiday accommodation as carefully as if it were your own apartment and adhere to the house rules in our apartments or our general rental conditions for holiday accommodations. The community Middelhagen with the districts Old Reddevitz, Lobbe and Mariendorf temporarily raises a season-dependent Kurabgabe. Information on this can be found on the homepage of the municipality Middelhagen. Our service: We are happy to provide you with bed linen. You can choose between the laundry comfort service, the bed linen package and the towel package. The laundry service you will find on arrival a bed and a towel package consisting of bath towel, towel and bath mat. You can also book a linen or towel package separately. The prices shown in the booking process refer to one package or one bed. Cots and high chairs can also be provided. Book additional services or inform us about your needs in good time before arrival. Take advantage of our other services, which we will inform you on site or in advance.

Klein aber Fein

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super! Wir konnten sogar etwas eher rein, sodass wir den Ankunftstag auch noch genießen konnten. Auch mit dem Schlüsselsafe hat alles super funktioniert. Besser geht nicht. Zur Wohnung.. ja sie ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gut… der Herd besteht nur aus 2 Platten, aber auch damit kommt man gut zurecht. Zur Sauberkeit: Es ist in Ordnung. Klar sind Flecken auf dem Teppich, aber das geht auch schnell. Sind wir mal ehrlich… auch zuhause hat man mal ein Fleck der nicht mehr rausgeht. Man sieht also, das es die Wohnung gut ausgebucht ist :-) Wer sehr pingelig ist , sollte einfach was anderes buchen! wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Leute mit Hund. Man ist direkt am Wasser… kann super lange Spaziergänge machen. Alles was man als Hundebesitzer braucht. Aber …. Denkt an die Stirnlampen. Es gibt keine Straßenlaternen für die Spätgassigeher!! ;-) Wer also mit ein paar Flecken auf dem Teppich leben kann.. sollte definitiv hier herkommen!

Ich habe den persönlichen Kontakt zu einem Amsprechpartner vor Ort vermisst.

Die Ferienanlage wirkte insgesamt etwas ungepflegt, nicht richtig "belebt". Als Ausgangspunkt für Radfahrten, Wanderungen und Strandspaziergängewar sie aber sehr schön.

Bemerkenswerte Lage, abenteuerliche Anfahrt. Ausreichend für zwei Personen, etwas eingeschränkt für den Fall des Kochen (nicht nur Warmmachen) wollens. WLan, guter Service.
