Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Die Heizung im Bad konnte auch im Sommer betrieben werden, da wurden die Handtücher auch bei Regenwetter trocken. Sehr schnell reagierte die Verwaltung auf ein defektes Haushaltsgerät und tauschte es am selben Tag aus.
