"When we arrived around 10:00 p.m., I waited in the lobby for about five minutes before anyone came to assist me. During that time, the bartender simply stared at me and assumed I was there for DoorDash, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. Fortunately, once the front desk representative arrived, she sincerely apologized and handled the check-in professionally after I explained what had happened. Aside from that initial experience, the rest of our stay was very positive. The property was clean, the amenities were well maintained, and the overall service was great. With a more welcoming first impression, this would have been an excellent stay."
