"When we were arrived we were welcomed by the owner who showed us the house, the owner is very friendly and helpful. There was some confusion about the bed linnen and towels that are not included (although the advert says it is) costing an extra 14 Euro PP. The house itself is situated somewhat remote but in a very nice and quiet setting with pool and jacuzi and a large garden. The house itself needs some modernization but is practical. "

"Enjoyable 1 night stopover stay, was warmly welcomed by reception after a little difficulty locating the Quick Palace's driveway, off a busy road. Perfect en-suite dog freindly room with a pleaseant garden view. Parking directly outside, secure hotel access. Dog exercise area can be found a short walk behind the commercial centre across the main road opposite Quick Palace's driveway. Extremely close to re-join France's West Coast toll road network."

"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. "Martine is very hospitable and gave us homegrown tomatoes and homemade jam and kept the pool beautiful however the accommodation needs updating, & is not to my standard of hygiene. Something in my bed on the mezzanine made me itch. There is barely any light in the kitchen which made it difficult to cook. The only supermarket is a Super U which is about 11 miles away, nothing in the village. Positives: the pool, the hot water, the proximity to the mountains and Lourdes if you’re of a mind to visit. We left early due to the impending strike by ferry workers."
