Site agréable mais services à revoir !

Le site est magnifique et reposant. L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. En revanche, les draps ne sont pas fournis, ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Au contraire c’est noté serviettes de bain fournie pour ce qui est de la section « salle de bain » et pour le reste ce n’est mentionné nul part que le linge de lit n’est pas fourni qu’il faut payer un supplément. Je l’ai appris le jour même !! de plus l’hôtesse d’accueil me dit que pour le linge on a vu cela ensemble, vous n’en voulait pas alors que ça n’a pas été vu du tout !! J’ai du donc payer 36€ de supplément pour une nuit pour 4 personnes pour 2 kits de draps de bains et 4 kits de draps de lit! Ça aurait était bien qu’on le sache à l’avance. En plus, j’ai dû repartir avec mon linge à la main de l’accueil vu que ça n’a pas été prévu à l’avance et qu’elle était seule, donc il fallait que je prenne mon linge avec moi !! Et que je fasse les lits. Au final coût total de la nuit 121€ au lieu de 85 sur le site ! En plus elle me demande une caution de 300€ ! Alors que le site mentionne une caution de 250 pour les séjours de 7 nuits et plus. La j’ai refusé !! En résumé, site sympathique en pleine nature, calme mais les services sont à revoir et surtout à mieux informer les gens pour ne pas avoir de surprises à l’arrivée et se retrouver devant le fait accompli !!

this is not an hotel

this is not an hotel. you have to make your own bed, they do not provide any towel, and there is a note asking you to take out the bedsheets and clean before you leave. It is kind of a camping site composed of cheaply made bungalows, more or less clean, 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa, 6 persons total, furnished, equipped, dishes and pans. There is a bar restaurant on site with which we had to negotiate to get a breakfast (they didn't have enough baguette for us + the rest of their day!) if you are a family of fishermen looking for a place for several day, this is for you. if you are looking for one night after the puy du fou, go fish.

Le personnel est sympa, le lieu fort agréable et reposant, MAIS L'accueil ferme à 18h alors que les arrivées doivent se faire après 17h. Le départ doit se faire avant 10h alors que l'accueil ouvre à ...10h !! La propreté du cottage laissait un peu à désiré, et le matériel était partiellement dégradé (parties du frigo cassées...).

No es un hotel, es un camping.

Penoso, buscamos un hotel para pasar dos noches y visitar Le Puy du Fou,y realmente no es un hotel es como un camping con cabañas, llegamos a las 6 P.M y la persona de recepción ya se iba y no se queda nadie al cargo por lo que te puedes encontrar de perder la estancia y que encima te cobre por no presentarte, teniendo que buscar otro alojamiento, te dejan las sabanas encima de las camas, no te dan toallas ni papel higiénico, anuncian wifi y solo hay un alcance de 10m a mas de 400m de la cabaña, ademas tienes que estar en la calle.

Belle nuit dans un camp calme

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, passage avant d'aller au Puy du Fou. En effet ce n'est pas une chambre d’hôtel mais plutôt un chalet en camping ;) Et c'est très agréable : calme, reposant avec une petite piscine non chauffée mais agréable:) On le recommande sans soucis.

Nobody at the hotel at night

Terrible experience. We get there at night and Looks like is close. There is no people around. Nobody answer the phone too. We couldn't check in and we had with my family to drive an hours to find another hotel. I called many times the next day and nobody answer.

Ce n est pas un hotel

Je suis totalement insatisfait par ce séjour J ai réservé un hôtel et je me suis retrouvé avec une location. Pas de linge de douche (j ai dû payer 12€ pour avoir des serviettes de bain), les lits n étaient pas fait, et pour repartir le lendemain matin il m était demandé de faire le ménage. Le restaurant était complet et comme le site est au milieu de la campagne nous avons dû faire 20km pour trouver un restaurant ouvert.
