We were not pleased with the security of the building as a child greeted me at the door and sent me to the side of the house to get into the location. I rang the buzzer for about 10 minutes , had to go back to the house and still no one who was an adult came to assist me. The young child, I say 6 or 7 yrs old gave me a security code, wrote it down for me and explained how I was to get into the facility; still no adult to assist me. I went to the door and entered the code with great difficulty, I have vision issues, and was able to get us into the building where we awere going to stay for the night. We felt unsafe and there were steps which were not mentioned in the advertisement for the facility. All 4 of us are seniors so with great difficulty we managed to get up and down those stairs, each of us dealing with breathing issues. The place wasn't bad for cleanliness. The family was out when we came back for the night and we still did not see an adult to ask us if the accommodations were okay or if there was anything they could do for us. I would not recommend this place be advertised again on Vrbo as we could have been anybody who was not of good character and this young child was put in "danger" as far as we were concerned. Also I recommend that this family be spoken to about the practices they are using to rent their space. A man did come out of the house a short time later right after we got inside and said the parents were at work. who was with the kids then???????
