Room was very clean, did find hair on pillowcases though, took them off. staff was quite nice at check in. Surprised me with the damage deposit; wasn't expecting that, (should be posted on website) unfair, and embarrassing.

The staff was great, the room was beautiful. It was quiet, the pool was nice, we went for the free breakfast and there was lots to choose from. It was a fantastic stay!

This is and always has been my go to hotel in Moncton. There are so many things to love like its location right off the highway, its proximity to the casino, the awesome breakfast, the staff, the very large clean rooms and the main reason, the pool and hot tub. I was beyond disappointed to get there and find out both of them were out of order especially since i book here mainly for this reason. It would have been nice to know this before booking so i could have booked at a different hotel this trip.
