Not a family hotel.

Not a family friendly hotel/resort. Nice for adults but not for familis with children. We booked based on the hotels.com description about several pools and activities. Only one pool is available for children and it's not good for children as it's a thermal spa pool.

One of the best thermal hotels I've ever stayed in. Beautiful park around. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Numerous pools, saunas, and hammams that would satisfy any taste or needs.

Ironman stay

We were staying due to going the 1/2 Ironman event. Hotel was lovely calm clean and happy our bikes were in the room. We used the spa facilities which were also very lovely The hotel also put on an early breakfast for guests doing the event so we could leave early and get the shuttle bus.

The hotel was on average good however it should be a 4 star hotel NOT 5 star. Incredible gym. Food was OK. Hotel needs updating.

Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our debit and credit cards, so we asked the receptionist if it was possible to withdraw cash via their debit card machine (Apple Pay). This wasn't possible. There was also no nearby bank with a phone (Apple Pay) to withdraw cash. We found this very disappointing. The lesson learned is that we will never forget our debit cards on vacation again. Because we didn't have a credit card with us, we were able to deposit €100 into our room using their debit card machine (Apple Pay) in case we wanted to consume anything in our room. Upon checking out (four days later), we received this money back in cash. We found this very strange, as it was completely impossible to withdraw cash at the reception desk upon check-in. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. The suite was wonderful! Extremely clean and spacious. However, the bed was far too firm (for us), and we had a rough night. We reported this in the morning, and before we knew it, housekeeping had put a second mattress topper on top. This definitely helped. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing was lacking. There was even a slow juicer that turned carrots, celery, pears, and apples into a delicious juice. I've never seen that in a hotel before!There's not much to do in the surrounding area. Being in Clervaux gives you a more lively feel. However, we did enjoy the privacy, as there were hardly any Dutch people there, as they were all in Clerve

Die Anlage is zur Zeit eine grosse Baustelle. Anfahrt zum Hotel unmöglich und kein freier Parkplatz in der Nähe. Als ich mich beim Rezeptionisten beschwerte, dass bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, meinte ein arroganter Rezeptionist das sei Sache von Expedia und nicht vom Hotel. Zimmer sind klein und nicht sehr komfortabel. Bad ist klein und es gibt kein Bidet, und dies in einem Spa!? Das Personal war weder sehr professionell noch besonders zuvorkommend. Wellness ist gut. Das Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie nicht empfehlenswert

Hôtel au visuel extérieur ancien, mais une fois passé les portes de la réception, nous arrivons dans un hall moderne et très lumineux. Le personnel à la réception, de chambre et du petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable et avenant. La chambre est très propre, la terrasse est agréable même en temps de pluie avec un auvent électrique, ce qui nous permet de pouvoir d'être en extérieur tout de même. La spa avec sa piscine thermale et vraiment très agréable, il faisait 7 degrés et nous avons pu profiter de la partie extérieure comme si nous étions en été. Nous avons moins apprécié le wellness car il y avait beaucoup de personnes nus. N'hésitez pas à aller visiter également le musée de l'aviation situé derrière les thermes, il n'est pas très grand, mais très intéressant et gratuit.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel, einzig nur einer von 3 Pools ist für Kinder unter 16 Jahren zugänglich, diese Information sollte auf der Webseite deutlich Sichtbar sein. Zudem sollten die englisch Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter gefördert werden.

Verblijf in een hotel met thermale wellness.

Het hotel biedt een uitgebreid ontbijt. Je ontvangt een polsbandje voor toegang tot kamer en het complex met zwembaden en wellness. De dag van vertrek is de kamer tot 11u beschikbaar. Je mag de badmantel en grote handdoek nog verder gebruiken die dag omdat het polsbandje nog even actief blijft voor toegang tot zwembaden en wellness. Wij verbleven er 2 nachten. We hadden een executive kamer geboekt maar de airco werkte niet, het bleef 25 graden. De volgende dag kregen wij een upgrade naar een junior suite en we hebben een later vertrekuur kunnen bekomen.
