Tucked along the shoreline of Smith Mountain Lake in a quiet alcove known as Sunset Point, this home offers both relaxation and convenience. With nearby restaurants and a marina within walking distance, you can easily enjoy dining out or launch your boat for a full day on the water.

    Inside, the home is bright, open, and designed for gathering. The main living room features a large sectional, while the lower-level game area offers another comfortable space with a sectional and pool table. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample cabinet space, large appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar, along with bar seating that is perfect for casual meals.

    During the warmer months, spend your days swimming, kayaking with the two provided kayaks, or relaxing on the dock while taking in the lake views. The dining area overlooks the water, and the back decks provide a grill and outdoor dining space for easy al fresco meals. For those mixing work with leisure, the main-level office and fast WiFi make remote work seamless.

    The primary bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The lower level includes two additional bedrooms with lake views and a shared bathroom, offering comfortable accommodations for your group.

The home sits in a Great location in regards to the Lake and nearby amenities, such as Marinas, public beach/national park or nearby convenience stores.Host does a great job in providing everything you’ll need for a fun time at the Lake, all kitchen essentials, game room, grilling station etc.The home was just a delight that our family definitely enjoyed.Communication was prompt and courteous.The only thing we needed was more days to enjoy the area, everything else was just great!During our stay we got rained-in one day but with all provided amenities in the game room we had a blast being indoors, the next day the storm had passed and we were able to enjoy the kayaks and padle board and of course the lake itself. We don’t fish but certainly could have, as we saw plenty of small mouth bass swimming nearby.All in all we recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun getaway at SML.
