"The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant."

"Amazing villa in an idyllic rural urbanisation with a small playground (swings and slide) about 300m away. It's a very comfortable villa with good sized rooms and lovely open plan family kitchen/dining/living area. Wonderful outdoor space and large pool compliments the villa. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a villa in a rural location. It is really quiet and peaceful. A car would be an essential choice as there are no shops in the urbanisation but it is only a few minutes...

"Superb Villa, excellent pool and outside area. Much larger than the images suggest. Very well equipped. Smart TV with pretty much all the streaming platforms. Quiet residential area but great views. Only 2 other villas on the road didn’t feel overlooked. 15 mins walk from Cala Fuma, few bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk from tram station. Every 30 mins to Benidorm or Alicante. "We had a lovely week with family relaxing at this villa. Great communication with the owner ahead of our stay and Anja was on hand for anything we may have needed during our time there. The patio and swimming pool area is large, boasts stunning views and gets the sun all day long. Plenty of room around the villa and it was was well equipped and nicely laid out with comfirtable bedrooms and efficient air-conditioning. "This villa is ideal if you want a pool. The pool is spot on and clean and is in a perfect position for the sun all day. The villa is a little dated and is a bit mis match, it could would benefit from proper glassware instead of plastic glasses The lounge is lovely and comfy, internet is hit and miss because of the proximity in the hills. "lovely villa in a great location overlooking the sea, we went with our children and grand children lots of space for the kids to play, located close to a tram stop making it easy to visit the surrounding area, plenty of restaurants in easy reach by tram. The owner were very friendly and helpful a lovely holiday all round."
