"I had a great stay with my dog in a very nice room. Parking was easy and convenient. Complementary treats in the lobby were a plus. This was a layover stay during long distance travel, but I would have planned more time to visit the area if i knew how quaint the village was. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is a lovely property with a kitchen that works and that is reasonably equipped. There is a good view of the adjacent bog and the sea beyond. Beds comfy, shower worked fine. Would stay here again if visiting the area."

"The place was adorable, obvious thought about possible needs, decorations on point, comfortable bedding. The deck and balcony were amazing and the property had beautiful flowers, shrubs, roses, hydrangeas. There was even a welcoming package with treats! Would definitely stay there again!"

"The 'Penthouse' in Lubec is almost an oxymoron. It's Lubec. But we LOVE Lubec for everything - the people, the food, and of course the environment (we live near Portland and come up every year). Oh, and yes, the Penthouse is spectacular. On the hill right in town. Fantastic view from the comfortable chairs on the deck, in a completely renovated historic building. All the fixtures are top notch and very modern. We'll be back."

"We enjoyed our stay at this home in Lubec. It is walkable (15 to 20 minutes) to the downtown area/Mowry Beach and an easy drive to Campobello Island. There is a good restaurant close by. The lodging was clean, recently redone and has a lovely porch. Everyone was impressed with the shower. I'd stay here again."
