This spacious holiday home is located in the centre of town and is nestled in a very idyllic setting, with its banana trees creating a special holiday atmosphere; It has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked individually; this listing refers to the lower floor. This beautiful holiday home apartment is very modernly furnished across its 110 m²! The living space is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), each surrounded by two nightstands on either side with reading lamps; one bedroom features a flat-screen TV, and the other has an additional guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors leading to a small and a large terrace, respectively, which also serve as entryways. In front of each bed is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, offering ample storage space for your luggage. The heart of the apartment is the approximately 45 m² living and sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette and a comfortable dining area. You can relax on the pull-out leather couch (2.25 m x 1.74 m) after a day trip, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV and an USB port provides entertainment. When extended, the couch provides a comfortable sleeping area for two people. The open-concept kitchen allows you to prepare a wide variety of meals using a four-burner hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous small appliances, ranging from a toaster and a kettle to a coffee maker. Take a seat in the spacious dining area to enjoy meals together! The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a toilet and a laundry rack, as well as a bathroom window and heated floors. The apartment is heated by an oil-fired heating system.
