"What a lucky find! According to staff, this hotel has recently re-opened and has been redesigned. They are working on an outdoor pool, and new jacuzzis. There will be a full restaurant and after peaking at the terrace/ garden, my guess is it will host weddings and the like very soon. Simona was so friendly and helpful. I tried all the restaurants she suggested and she even pointed out a close by pizzeria that served the most amazing gluten free crust. They gave me a standard room (instead of the single) and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was 8 minutes walk from the beach for swimming - 30 to old town Monopoli. (24 of you skip the coastal route), The breakfast was elaborate with perfectly fresh fruit and typical eggs and bacon. So glad to have found this gem and the friendly staff within it. I hope to stay again next year!"

"We absolutely loved our time at Borgo Cozzana! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The owner is extremely helpful, fun, and polite, and every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, kind, and professional. The hotel itself is perfect. It is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and smelled amazing. On top of that, the location is excellent for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Borgo Cozzana to anyone visiting Monopoli!"

"New and very nice and clean rooms. Located with easy parking on the streets for free. Breakfast is good. Service: we were met with “late check in” fees that Hotels.com did not mention, and the most ridiculous was that we arrived 20:05 and the receptionist was still there and had to pay 20 euro for the 5 min late check-out. Not the best service I have met…. Room 201 very noisy (from street and the breakfast area) - we had to buy our own earplugs."
