The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open "
