Seating area indoors and outdoors. All well kept, clean and very practical. Bus stop literally under our balcony. "

"We had a large comfortable room. The hotel is an old small hotel without an elevator and the stairs are steep. Silvia was so helpful and responded via messaging very quickly. There was no one at reception except when we met her the first morning. "

Large bathroom with very large shower with special lighting system, that you can easily program yourself, large fluffy towels. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Windows that open. "We stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent. The bathroom was large and contemporary. Giuseppe (owner) did a complete renovation in 2004-06. Location was within walking of almost all major attractions. Parking included. Breakfast was great. Giuseppe is a premier owner. When we got disoriented arriving by car, he met us and ushered us in. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation."

"The neighborhood is great and few meters to beautiful beach. Our Host Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She suggested and provided guidance for dining options. She also helped us to book cars for airport pick up and drop off. The breakfast is delicious, but we did not have time to fully take advantage. Pastry selection is great. Overall, the facility is what it is shown and no surprises. "

"We stayed at Cinisi Vacanze the night before we flew out of Palermo. It was a 15 minute ride to the airport and they arranged our early morning transportation for our flight. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to dinner. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We did not partake of breakfast as we flew out very early. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
