"The property was perfect for a stay in the Hudson Valley, and perfect for anyone wanting to be near Beacon, NY specifically. The property itself (a small but modern cabin like property) was really lovely. Modern kitchen and bathroom (spacious bathroom with a spa like shower) and even had laundry. Nice outdoor space as well to have a few friends over. The owners were super responsive to questions/support during the stay. Easy on street parking at the location. Would recommend it to anyone!"

"This is a great cozy retreat. Clean. Everything you need, including firewood for the wood stove.Convenient to NY State Parks and not far from the Empire Trail and Hudson Valley Greenway so perfect for us to check off some of our NY State Parks Centennial Challenge tasks and get some hiking and biking in. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Ashley responded promptly to all of our communications and was a great host. Nice little touches like a basket of snacks added to the charm of this cozy cottage."

"We came up in the fall to meet friends halfway. The house was so clean and loved all the white sheets and towels. Mostly hardwood or tile in the house. Heat worked great. Huge bath that five kids all got in together and has a blast. Close to warnick which was cute. We did vineyards and farm activities. Lots of foliage. Close to the lake. Would go back for sure!"

"This wonderful cottage has every amenity a traveler could want.. A beautiful modern kitchen, electric fireplace, lots of LED lighting, ample seating, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a huge smart tv. "The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. Couldn't have asked for more including the refrigerator full of IPA's! Now if we just played better on the course.......lol"

"This property is a serene location in the Hudson Highlands that has convenience and good proximity to stores & multiple communities in the area. This home had everything we were looking for and was very comfortable for us. Our host was great too!"

"My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down."

"Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

The kitchen, however is small, so it’s something to consider if you have a lot of people wanting to help out with the cooking. The house was clean and tidy. There are a couple of things to consider when staying here. The bathroom on the main level has a small shower, so large people might have a hard time.
