Plenty of towels for the bathroom. The only cons were: the Roku upstairs needs to be updated or replaced; couldn't be used. Dining room/hall floors were really squeaky when stepped on. Did not see an outdoor grill or patio furniture, but there were 2 picnic tables. It is on a busy street, but there...
