"Studio spacieux et lumineux. Literie confortable.Jolie vaisselle mais ustensiles et appareils réduits au minimum. Mobilier vieillot. Petit coin extérieur agréable dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de fauteuil pour s y reposer ni de parasol.Bruyant car le studio est au dessus de la route passante."

"We had the most wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this property and host! The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was fabulous as was the hot tub. It was a nice walk or a quick drive to the nearest Lake Beach. And supermarkets were a quick drive away too. Really well located for a beautiful break away."

"Hébergement sur 2 niveaux, bien rénové dans une ancienne ferme. Très propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très aimable.Jardin avec partie privative aménagée pour chaque logement, très appréciable.Dommage qu'on entende autant la grande route qui passe à proximité.Bien situé pour faire des activités. Les commerces sont un peu loin, il faut y aller en voiture.Nous étions 4 dont 2 grands enfants, c'était très bien. Au delà de 6 je ne recommande pas, pas assez grand (notamment un seul WC).Il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour. Au premier niveau on arrive à garder de la fraicheur car bien isolé; Mais dans la chambre du 2ème niveau, chaleur étouffante; il y a juste un petit climatiseur mobile qui ne suffit pas pour rafraichir (en plus très bruyant).Lé région est magnifique, plein d'activités sont possibles, bien documentées par le propriétaire."

"Maison charmante, très pratique si vous avez un événement à la ferme de Gy toute proche. De plus le village est tres beau et paisible proche du Boit du lac d'Annecy avec de belles vues sur les montagnes. on recommande chaudement. On était 6 à un mariage avec nos grands enfants. Bref c'etait top!"

"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"
