"We arrived at the hotel around 3:30. Check in time is 4:00. Although our room was ready, she would not let us check n. After traveling 7 hours this was very disappointing, We had a renovated room, which was very nice. They do need a few extra garbage cans in the room. The outside of the property is not very appealing at the moment. The metal railing going up the stairs to our room, was covered in white paint. The parking lot needs major improvement. We could not park in front of our room as there was a tree/ overgrown shrub taking up most of it. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, however it is in the main office and very crowded."
