"Sadly and upsettingly our stay was badly affected by the sheer rudeness of staff and lies told & the unprofessionalism of Apartment company . We have a long list of complaints about ApartBeach and the security of our apartment that had access through our bathroom window by simply sliding up the window !! Plus lack of bedding for each bed & pillows and rude texts sent to us when asked for help . Just an example of issues never dealt with the whole holiday !"

Supongo que al ser principio de temporada no se había revisado bien, se salía el calentador, las puertas de los armarios te quedabas pegado de grasa, vajilla justa justísima... Casi todo se le puede perdonar por la maravillosa terraza y la ubicación. El personal que nos entregó las llaves y nos atendió con los problemas fueron muy amables y comprensivos."

"Positiv: Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am schönen und ruhigen Strand.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Klimatisierte Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.Negativ: Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber (nach unserem deutschen Ermessen) übergeben. Meine Frau hat fast den ganzen Tag komplett alles gereinigt ( inkl. Geschirr). Es war auch wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Zum Teil veraltetes Möbel und zum Teil defekt. Am Pool waren die Platten kaputt (Verletzungsgefahr).Achtung: der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nicht für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet. Diese sind extrem eng. Auch die Einfahrthöhe ist recht knapp. Der Vermieter versicherte, dass ich mit meiner Dachbox reinfahren kann, mit der Folge, dass ich meine neue Box komplett zerkratzt habe. Die Nachfrage wenigstens einen anderen Parkplatz zu bekommen, hatte der Vermieter einfach ignoriert.Einige Tage lang hatten wir mit Ameisen in der Wohnung zu kämpfen, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet in einem Büro 5 km von der Wohnung entfernt statt, was ziemlich ungünstig ist. Für die Übergabe muss man für den Vermieter auch ein Video von der geputzten Wohnung drehe…Generell fanden wir den Vermieter ziemlich unfreundlich. Der Kunde ist hier leider nicht der König… Wenn man so viel Geld zahlt erwartet man wenigstens ein bisschen Entgegenkommen.Fazit: wir würden sehr gerne in dieser Anlage wieder unseren Familienurlaub verbringen, aber definitiv nicht in dieser Wohnung und nicht bei diesem Vermieter! "
