The property has four spacious double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary, and a large living-dining room designed to share unforgettable moments.



Outside, the house offers an extensive private garden with a barbecue area, comfortable outdoor furniture and an exclusive swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
