Casa MASIA 4 is a terraced house, located in a prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, 8 minutes walk from Crystal Beach and restaurants.

Ground floor: spacious living/dining room, with access to a terrace and a stone barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 complete bathroom with shower.

First floor: master bedroom with access to the terrace and a room with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub.

House has a private garden, comfortable and quiet, with direct access to a large common area with garden and large rectangular pool.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located about 10 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars

The noise limitation makes express reference to the Acoustic Limitation Law of Miami Platja. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances ! Dommage que l’arrosage automatique se déclenchait à 23h ce qui fait que lorsque nous rentrions le soir nous avions les pieds dans l’eau ! Et dommage qu’il n’y avait pas la clim dans toutes les chambres (pas précisé dans l’annonce)
