Detached Provençal-style villa, 95 m2, with two spacious porches—one at the front and the other at the back of the house—featuring wooden beams and large windows. It is located in a quiet residential area at the entrance to the town of Miami-Playa, so the beach is only 200 metres from the house—just a 7-minute walk. On the upper level, there is a spacious sun deck with views of the mountains, which are a 10-minute drive away. The complex consists of 12 privately owned detached homes surrounding a very large community swimming pool, measuring 25 metres long by 10 metres wide, with varying depths for adults and children. There is also a small community play area. The property features: 3 double bedrooms, 1 large full bathroom, and 1 shower room with a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped but does not include a dishwasher, microwave, or toaster. The living area is fully furnished and includes a TV with satellite channels (UK, German, French, Spanish, etc.). Private fenced garden (300 m) with patio furniture and a BBQ.


This is a small community consisting of 12 houses within a privately walled area. You can stay in constant contact with the owner for any questions or information, etc. A car is recommended but not essential, as rail service is available at L’Hospitalet de l’Infant (3 km from the property). Places of interest: Universal Studios (Port Aventura) Theme Park & Water Park. There are very few places in the world where you can have adventures or experience the kind of emotions you’ll remember forever. A marvellous attraction for all ages is a 25-minute drive away, or you can reach the park by train from L’Hospitalet de l’Infant.

Aquapolis Water Park in Pineda—15 minutes by car. Tarragona’s Old Town is a must-see, with quaint narrow streets, small shops, and restaurants leading to the Roman ruins just minutes from the town. Many charming villages are within a short drive, including the village of Miravet with its medieval castle. For those who wish to relax and enjoy sunbathing or swimming, Playa Cristal—a Blue Flag beach that many consider one of, if not the best, on the Costa Dorada—is just a 5-minute drive away. Closer to home, just a 5-minute walk away, are many beautiful, secluded Blue Flag coves, again ideal for sunbathing and swimming.

Cambrils, an old fishing town offering boat cruises, numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, is just a 15-minute drive away. The Bonavista Sunday Market is held every Sunday just outside Tarragona. How to get there. The nearest airport is Reus, a 20-minute drive from Miami-Playa. Other airports include Barcelona and Girona; driving from these airports is made easy by an excellent highway system that takes you directly to Miami-Playa/L’Hospitalet de l’Infant. Train routes take you from Barcelona Airport to L’Hospitalet de l’Infant; taxi services are available at the train station. Arrangements can be made through the owners for taxis from Reus, Barcelona, or Girona airports at discounted rates.
