We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout. Please use the proper extra-large bags provided for garbage and recycling. Please DO NOT throw anything directly into the bins. We appreciate your collaboration with our cleaning team.
-NO SMOKING: 750$ PENALTY FEE -NO PETS: 500$ PENALTY FEE -ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet - EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 1000$ BASE PENALTY + 300$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST - LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 300$ - NOISE COMPLAINTS : 300$ - Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.
All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)
Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in.
