Located in Montagnac, near Cap d’Agde, this rural holiday home invites you to explore the treasures of the Hérault region. Discover Pézenas, a historic town linked to Molière, or enjoy the calm waters of the Thau lagoon between Mèze and Sète. Nature lovers will appreciate the walks around Clermont-l’Hérault and swimming in Lake Salagou. This part of southern France offers the perfect balance between coastline and countryside. The independent, single-storey gîte features a traditional atmosphere and is ideal for families. The open kitchen leads to a cosy living room with TV and a dining area. There is a shower room and separate toilet. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: double bed 140x190 Bedroom 2: two single beds 90x190 Outside, enjoy a private garden and terrace with barbecue. Parking is available on the property. Air conditioning ensures comfort during summer. Note: Electricity is charged extra in winter (payable on site). Bed linen available as an option.
