"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

"Beautiful hotel. A five minute walk from the train station. A five minute walk to the Buonsiglio Castle. A ten minute walk to the cathedral and diocesan museum. Great shower with rainfall fixture and good water pressure. Had a large window which could be opened for fresh air. And quiet. "

"Staff were very friendly and the hotel was simple, but clean. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. They have parking a small walk away. Can be confusing, but not terrible. Would recommend for a couple of nights. "
