Les Marronniers – Holiday Home with Pool and Vineyard Views in Montagne

Located in Montagne, in the heart of the Libournais vineyards, this 150 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and one with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers. The property features 2 modern bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub—as well as 2 separate toilets, including a macerator. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities: TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access throughout the house.



Enjoy the private terrace under a pergola with vineyard views and outdoor furniture. The private outdoor pool, located behind the house, is available in season from 10 am to 7 pm; maintenance is carried out outside these hours for your peace of mind.



Parking is available on site and on the street. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. Toys and books for children are also provided. Events are not permitted on the property.



You are just 3 minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saint-Émilion, perfect for wine tasting and cultural visits. Tennis courts are 5 minutes away, and the local golf club is a 15-minute drive. The historical show "La Bataille de Castillon" is 20 minutes away.

Nous avons passé une semaine au gite des marronniers. Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge

Pros: Nous avons passé une semaine au gite des marronniers. Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge (dont une petite téméraire de 2 ans). Le logement est super, très pratique et très bien équipé. Les 4 chambres et les deux salles de bain permettent de vivre tous ensemble sans se marcher dessus. la literie est très confortable, les nuits sont très calme malgré la route on entend rien, fenêtre ouverte. La cuisine est tout équipé pour des bons repas, et la petite terrasse avec la pergolas est super pratique pour profiter du beau temps. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, tester la piscine et le restaurant. Merci encore Laurence et a bientôt.
