Top Montana Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Hotel Reviews
Old Montana Inn
4/10 Poor
"Room did not look like online pic chosen. No running water in sink, no stopper in the sink or bathroom. No phone in the room to inform staff or to request maintenance. (Shut down for the night). There was no microwave. No lotion, conditioner or shampoo… wasn’t really necessary, but this hotel is very basic. Beds were fairly good, linens were clean and front desk lady was sweet. Definitely “rustic” Montana. "
"We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. We enjoy our stay as the rooms have been recently refinished. The room is cozy, however the small negatives are the bathroom sink lacks space (no space for toiletry bag or any items) and the parking in the center court is very narrow for large vehicles. Beds are comfortable and the ac units do the job. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna on this trip. The electronic checkin (you get code and room number via text)works get as the office isn't staffed. The room has refrigerator but no microwave. We enjoy our stay at the hotel and we will be back again and again.."
"Service and amenities were good. Property condition was ok as the property is already old and indoor was dark that stretches to the pool area. The pool towel they provide was already old-it has seen better days, thin from too much wash and no longer absorbent, and rough to the skin. "
"Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Our dog felt right at home and the fenced yard was very helpful. Very clear directions for check-in and check-out. Extremely “homey” feeling. Would definitely stay there again. "
Charming and Convenient! No cleaning fee. Sleeps 6.
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location, comfortable beds, living room has comfortable seating to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. Host is gracious. We love staying here. Feels like a home away from home. "
"
This was a poir experience as a result of no heat in our rooms. 62 degrees inside is not acceptable. Called three times regarding this matter 3 times I was told the wife would bump up the heat. Never happened. The bed lacked a nice warm blanket in such a cold environment. The cheif on vacation and meal vouchers to a texmex restaurant which was fair."
