"People where loud at all hours of the night. Didnt fet much sleep. The room was clean, staff was really nice, the pool area the kids had a blast. "

"One of the worst hotels ever. Hot tubs empty, you have to pay $5 per person extra to use slide. Shower had lots of hair in it. The pull out sofa bed was unusable. "

"Room was clean. We had to go to front desk for pull out sofa bedding that they said were in the room already. Jets in the hot tub didn't work. Fire Alarm went off and no explanation. "

"The first room we were assigned was on the 2nd floor (we had requested first floor) and the wall heater was tore apart and on the bed. The next room they sent us to had absolutely NO lock on the door. The last room and the one we stayed in had no towels, tissue, toilet paper and 2 pair of dirty socks on the window sill. The mattresses were horrible."

"The breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. The person working the breakfast was very attentive and kept things clean and filled. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it! The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!"
