Great location easy walk into town lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Pleasant walk along canal. Hotel was good and comfortable, additional charge for underground but secure parking for my motorcycle €8 Only negative soap dispensers in shower were empty.

Ibis ou ibis budget???

Chambre située dans un bâtiment annexe quelconque, au fond du parking. Salle de bain monobloc thermoformée ou vous pouvez vous laver les dents en même temps que vous vous douchez... Chambre donnant sur une rue étroite où nous avons pu profiter de la soirée étudiante voisine jusqu'à 3h du matin. Bref, un séjour à oublier...

Ce fut notre dernière visite !

Avec un accueil des plus impersonnel sans sourire. Oubli de la part de la receptionniste de donner le code de sortie du garage . Chambre hyper petite. Pas de serviette "Mains".Rideaux occultants décrochés.Petits déjeuners très très moyen ...sans yahourts , plus de jus d'orange à 9h30, mini pains chocolat à peine cuits.... Une night-auditor des plus désagréable dans ses deux interventions avec moi. Je ne reconnais plus les valeurs de recherche de "satisfactions" de la clientèle qui m'ont animé pendant plus de 10 ans en temps que directeur d'un Hôtel Ibis . J'ai par contre été surpris par les injonctions sur affichettes désignant le client comme étant responsable eco-gestionnaire de l'hôtel ("comme à la maison ???") Je ne parlerai pas du restaurant "la Brasserie"avec un accueil lamentable , un service long et désagréable (quand j'ai fait remarquer sa lenteur) et une cuisine insipide!.....la prestation au Restaurant que je ne reconnais plus à celle que nous avons connue lors de nombreuses réunions familiales à Montargis durant ces 25 derrnières années. Mais c'est vrai que depuis 2020 cet établissement à changer de propriétaire !!! ceci explique peut être cela !!! Avec mes meilleures salutations .Christian PETETIN

Hôtel parfait à Montargis

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Montargis. Le personnel est aimable et très attentionné. Les chambres ont été refaites il y a quelques années et là déco est très sympa. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner mais pour le reste, je recommande !

Envie d’une halte sympa…

Parking étroit en sous sol indiqué soit, mais cela aurait été sympa qu’on nous dise qu’il était plein avant qu’on s’y engage…. Chambre qui pue le tabac froid.et quand on ouvre la fenêtre bruit des moteurs de ventilation du parking…..au choix ! Son de la tv bloqué à minima, .ais quand même….
