Cosy new apartment with wooded garden near Montauban town center

We invite you to welcome you to this modern, comfortable and bright apartment, completely independent but adjoining our wooden house that we built 5 years ago.

The apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

You will enjoy an independent entrance, a large bedroom with bed 140 and dressing room, a bathroom with shower, and a pleasant living room-kitchen with sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people.
Outside from spring to autumn, in the garden, you can enjoy and appreciate the peace and quiet of the countryside. We have installed: garden furniture, table & chairs as well as a plancha.

Charges remaining due when you leave;
- Rental of a pair of sheets: 10€- Towels: 3€

- In case of high electricity consumption, a contribution will be requested at 0.20€ per Kwh.

The house is located in a quiet environment just 5 km from the centre of Montauban.
You will be close to all the amenities of Montauban: city of Art and History with its historic centre in pink bricks, its Place Nationale, its museums: Ingres & Bourdelle, natural history, toys, not to mention its local farmers' markets, etc., will be a great discovery. From there, you can easily explore Toulouse, Aveyron or the pretty villages of Tarn-et-Garonne.

We cannot accept pets because we have a cat that does not like dogs too much!
